Temperature regulator EL - 483 is designed for boilers equipped with the a screw feeder. Controls the water circulation pump, pump hot water (DHW), underfloor heating pump, circulation pump, ventilator (fan) and fuel feeder. The controller has a built-in module to the valve. The device can also work with two mixing valves (via additional modules ST-61), room temperature regulator or with RS, GSM module and Ethernet module. The advantage of this driver is its simplicity to use. The user makes any changes parameters using the encoder knob. Another advantage is the large and clear graphic display which the user sees exactly the current state of the boiler.

Controller EL483zPID is a controller with continuous output signal using a modified PID control algorithm. In this type of controler fan power is calculated based on the measured temperature of the boiler and the exhaust gas temperature measured at the boiler outlet. The fan is carried out continuously over time, and the fan power depends directly on the measured temperature of the boiler, flue gas temperature and the difference of these parameters and their setpoint values. To maintain a stable setpoint temperature without unnecessary overshoot and oscillations are the advantages regulator zPID. Using this type of sensor controller exhaust fuel savings can range from a few to several percent; the temperature of the output water is very stable, resulting in longer life of the heat exchanger (boiler). Checking the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the boiler causes low emission of dust and gases harmful to the environment. Heat energy from the flue gas is not wasted and released to the stack, but is used for heating.
