The boiler regulator ecoMAX 600 model R is a modern electronic device designed to control the operation of the coal boiler with feeding screw.

The controller is a multifunction device:

• automatically maintains a preset boiler temperature by controlling the fuel combustion process (thermostatic function)
• automatically maintains the desired temperature of the hot water (thermostatic function)
• controls timing of screw feeder and the fan (cyclic timer)
• automatically maintains the desired temperature of mixer circuit by regulating the operation of the mixing valve (thermostatic function).

It can be used only within households and similar to regulate boiler operating in an open heating system. Moreover, the regulator is design to be built in a boiler or its surroundings.

The regulator has the ability to integrate a weather control which increases the ease of use. It manifests itself in a lack of having to manually adjust the setpoint temperature of the boiler after the change of weather.

The possibility of cooperation with a room thermostat guarantees the comfortable temperature in the heated rooms. In addition, the device provides support for domestic hot water and turns if necessary reserve boiler (gas or oil).

Regulator ecoMAX 600 has a function of handling the additional heating circuit, eg. floor heating. It is based on maintaining the desired temperature in a designated level by controlling the three-way thermostatic valve actuator (mixer) and the water pump. The preset temperature an additional circuit can be entered from the keyboard or calculated from the curve of the weather.

The device has a two-module casing which includes a control panel and the executive module. The housing of the panel is resistant to moisture and flue gas which prevents the regulator from damage.
