The boiler regulator ecoMAX 800R R1 model, execution ec is a modern electronic device designed to control the operation of coal-fired boiler with feeding screw.

The controller is a multifunction device:

• automatically maintains a preset boiler temperature by controlling the combustion process,
• controls timing of feeding screw and fan,
• automatically maintains the desired temperature of the hot water,
• automatically maintains the desired temperature of a heating circuit with mixing, and after equipping the regulator with an extension module, controls (total) labor of three heating circuits with mixing.

The preset temperature of the heating circuits and the boiler can be set on the basis of a weather sensor readouts. The regulator have individual fuzzy logic function. Thanks to it, the combustion takes place in an optimal manner thereby protecting the environment, saving fuel consumption and frees the user from having to adjusting the burner parameters. Possibility of cooperation with room thermostats, separate for each heating cycles, facilitates maintaining comfortable temperature in the heated rooms. In addition, the device enables a reserve boiler if necessary (oil or gas). The device has a modular structure, which includes a control panel, main executive module and optional module to control two mixer cycles. The device is operated in an easy and intuitive way. The regulator can cooperate with an additional control panel situated in living quarters. The controller can be used in a household and similar well as in light industrial.
